Or at least I agree that that’s where it all starts when you want to start living your best life.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the rat race of life.

You are constantly bombarded with messages and images that tell you that you need to have the perfect job, the perfect house, the perfect partner, etc.
And if you don’t have all of those things, then you’re not living your best life.
But what if you stopped chasing after an idealized version of life and started living your best life right now?

Nowadays people are so rich, so wealthy in every form possible, yet unhappiness is very common among us.

  • People are unhappy with their health, so they get a health coach.
  • People are unhappy with their relationship, so they get a relationship coach.
  • People are unhappy with their career, so they get a career coach.

It all works for a while…

And then yet again, they fall back into feeling unhappy in their lives.
Because as it turns out getting fit wasn’t the real thing that caused their unhappiness.
”Fixing” their relationship or work-life wasn’t either.

We often get caught up in wanting something bigger or better for ourselves and we forget about how great it already is.

The problem that causes it all

All your life you’ve lived a certain way, thought a certain way, believed a certain way.
And when you’re trying something new or trying to make change happen, all those years of conditioning aren’t going anywhere.

All the beliefs that you have about your life, your family, your work, yourself, they’re rooted deeply in you. You spent ALL YOUR LIFE developing them.

So when you try something new, something different than what you are used to, it’s very likely that you won’t succeed IF it’s not supported by the beliefs that you have.

Think about it…

You’ve lived by certain rules and beliefs in your life.
We all do, it’s what happens.

But who came up with the rules and beliefs that you live by?
Chances are it’s not you.

Growing up you followed your parents’ rules & beliefs, after that, you were “guided” by your society, work, friends…

But who came up with them?
Do you know?
Chances are big that you don’t…

And that’s because they aren’t yours. They are not YOUR rules & YOUR beliefs and it’s time to change that!

Quit abandoning yourself to honor the rules of society…
Start honoring yourself by abandoning society’s rules!

Because when you live by other people’s rules and beliefs, they’re not matching yours and that’s EXACTLY where the problem lies.

If they don’t match, it means that you’re living a life that you think you’re supposed to live, not the life that you actually want to live.

And when you’re not living a life that is true to yourself and THAT’S what’s causing YOUR UNHAPPINESS.
